Bro Okey Nwafor

(The Vision Coordinator)

The Vision Coordinator of the Outreach Team is Bro Okey Nwafor. Okey Nwafor was born in Mallam Maduri in the present day Jigawa State on 7th February, 1962. He hails from Umunebo Ufuma in Orumba North Local Government Council of Anambra State Nigeria. He is married and blessed with five children.
He studied Building and Civil Engineering and came out as the overall best graduating student in his set with Distinction from the Federal Polytechnic Idah in Benue State. He was posted to Kano State for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps Scheme in 1986. It was during the National Service that he was graciously saved and born again on 12th June, 1987 at the Roman Catholic Church inside the Police Staff Quarters in Jahun town, Jigawa State, Nigeria after listening to a message titled Salvation: Man’s Greatest Need preached by Dr Ugo Onyenuche of the Assemblies of God Church.

Since then, he has enjoyed God’s rich and matchless grace. This heralded a new chapter in his life and walk with God. His consistent walk and
growth in his faith made him to recognize God’s call upon his life. This lead him to deeply commit his life to raising an army of purified and consecrated people that will gather in the end time harvest for our Lord.

He has authored many books, evangelistic tracts and other publications. He is actively involved in rural evangelism, leadership development and discipleship training. This vision was what birthed the Outreach Team which he is coordinating. Presently he lives in Abuja, the Federal Capital City of Nigeria.
